Well hello there, I’m Mahnoor — it’s nice to meet you :) As you probably know, life isn’t always easy, and sometimes we could all use a little support to help us through our struggles. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently pursuing a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counselling Psychology. I offer culturally sensitive, compassionate, and personalized evidence-based psychotherapy on a flexible schedule. I work one-on-one with adult female clients, creating a nonjudgmental safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions through authentic conversation and emotional support.
