I enjoy working with children (7+), teens, and adults. My experience includes offering support for depression, anxiety, stress, attachment, conflict, grief and relationship difficulties. I offer individual and family counselling with a person-centred approach to help you understand the current challenges and stressors that are affecting your overall quality of life. I have experience working with CAF members out of CFB Trenton where I provided support to military members and their families. I have also worked extensively with children and adults at Therapy Heals providing a safe space to explore current stressors and challenges.
