I specialize in supporting youth as they work through challenges such as self-harm, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I’m passionate about helping young people build confidence, strengthen their sense of self, and navigate the stress of growing up. I also work with families and parents who are navigating the journey of supporting their child’s mental health. My sessions are relaxed, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Grounded in Narrative Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy, my approach blends psychotherapy with practical skill-building, giving clients the tools and confidence to feel empowered in their lives.
