New Clients Welcome. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups who feel caught in repeating patterns in their thoughts, emotions, or relationships. Many struggle with anxiety, grief, intrusive thoughts, addiction, or ongoing conflict with partners, family members, or children. They may have spent years trying to understand themselves or each other but still feel stuck. They are often ready to move beyond insight alone and approach these patterns in a new, more effective way, especially in how they relate to themselves and one another.
