When I imagine my ideal client, I think of someone who may be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected. This may be a teenager navigating anxiety or low self-esteem, or an adult carrying the weight of trauma, grief, or relationship challenges. They may be struggling to make sense of their emotions, manage daily responsibilities, or feel truly seen in spaces where they have often felt invisible. At their core, what they want is to feel understood and supported. They are seeking a safe, nurturing space where they can explore their experiences openly, without fear of judgment.
