Therapy provides an opportunity for healing and feeling more in control in your life. If you are concerned about the level of your own or someone else's alcohol or drug use I am an addictions therapist and registered social worker. For over 20 years I have helped clients restore balance around alcohol, drug use, gambling and internet addiction. My passion is to create the space needed for recovery so you can begin to recognize and understand the ingrained patters that are just not working. Together we look at how these patterns have come about and are shaped by significant relationships in your life, both past and present.
