It's normal for life to feel hard, but when it just feels like too much, therapy can really help. I see therapy as an opportunity to pause, to slow down and look at yourself with interest and curiosity, separating from judgment and criticism, and ultimately finding self compassion. Sitting with someone who cares enough to listen to you, to see you and to try to understand you can be a profoundly healing experience. As your therapist I have enough experience to understand the breadth of the human experience, to hold space for you just as you are in this moment, and to support you in moving toward the changes you would like to make.
