Feeling anxious, depressed, stressed-out, or just plain stuck? It is difficult to imagine any person at any age or stage of life who has not felt the impact of Covid. It has affected us not just as individuals, but also our family relationships, work lives, school lives, social lives and our ability to participate in the community. Social isolation and stress are major factors in depression and anxiety, and the rates of these have skyrocketed since the onset of Covid. Chronic stress, anxiety and trauma can lead to negative ways of coping, hurting ourselves and our relationships. Time to reinvent ourselves, create positive changes?
