Sometimes, life and circumstances can be heavy and confusing. You may feel stuck and directionless or overwhelmed and angry. You may come to therapy not knowing exactly what you hope to get out of it and you might hope I have the answers. However, I believe that ultimately, you know what you need, and I am here to support you as you work towards your goals, whatever they may be. I seek to provide a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings - no matter how heavy or confusing. Our own thoughts and feelings can sometimes be hard to face, but it is not impossible, especially when you do not have to face it alone.
