Clients often come to me feeling worn down by ongoing conflict, strained relationships, or the uncertainty that comes with family change. You might be a parent trying to support your child through behavioral or mental health challenges, separation, or major transitions; a couple caught in the same cycles without resolution; or an individual feeling unfulfilled, discouraged, or unsure about what comes next. Many of the people I work with are looking for a way out of relational ruts. They want practical, grounded ways to establish connection or heal relational wounds, both within themselves and with the people they love most.
