I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I am accepting new clients at this time. I can help people as they encounter life’s challenges—whether that means wrestling with experienced symptoms anxiety, working through difficult emotions, or navigating the complexities of grief, loss, and/or trauma related symptoms. Through evidence-based approaches, I work alongside my clients—creating a safe, collaborative space where they can explore their experiences, develop new skills, and reclaim a sense of balance and meaning in their lives
