I often work alongside young adults and teens who live a creative, unconventional lifestyle and who have a unique set of struggles and strengths. Some are dealing with issues related to identity and self-understanding, and others are doing their best to manage the depth and complexity of their emotional landscape. I see a lot of deep thinkers, over-analyzers, perfectionists, and individuals battling self-doubt or imposter syndrome. Anxiety or ADHD symptoms can often be intertwined with these struggles. I offer virtual sessions for people across Ontario.
