Therapy provides a safe and supportive space for us to work through your concerns around aspects of your experience. The relationship between the therapist and client is based on trust, acceptance, understanding, and confidentiality. I aim to empower each client, to make choices for their own life, which serve them in the ways that they need. I practice from the biopsychosocial approach which recognizes that we all have complex factors which influence our well being. I believe each person has within, unique strengths and gifts to contribute to this world.
