I am an open minded therapist who believes in a collaborative and supportive experience. I work from an evidenced based model and pull strategies from a variety of different therapies to help clients experience success and achieve their goals. I also have a strong and diverse assessment/diagnosis background and am able to provide diagnostic clarity when needed, both from a learning and psychological perspective. I very much believe in the strengths and resiliency of my clients and am proud to assist them in their journey of healing and recovery.
