For over 30 years I have been passionate about body-centred psychotherapy, using a unique integrative approach which recognizes that the body, mind, emotions and spirit are inseparable. My work is informed by trainings in several approaches including Somatic Experiencing, the Rubenfeld Synergy Method, Mindfulness, the Hendricks Institute, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I am a registered Occupational Therapist and I have built a bright and spacious studio office. I offer both in-person and online sessions.
