I have worked as a licensed psychotherapist for more than 25 years. I have successfully helped people recover from anxiety, depression, and childhood issues that are unresolved, as well as conflict in primary relationships, whether it is with a family member or a co-worker. I work from a strength-based model in that I help people identity coping skills that are working and apply these skills to areas of life that are more difficult. I am friendly and non-authoritarian. My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that people already possess many of the tools they need to heal and grow.
