From a young age, I’ve been drawn to people’s stories. I was naturally curious—always asking questions and wanting to understand what shaped people into who they are. My hope is sessions feel like a conversation- one that helps you better understand yourself, your relationships, the patterns which may be leading to you feeling overwhelmed, irritable, disconnected and stuck. I work with children (10+) and teens navigating big emotions, behavioral or social challenges, relationships, self-esteem, perfectionism. Adults navigating stress, burnout, overwhelm, relationships. Couples wanting to improve communication and connection.
