Hi, I’m Lizzie, a Registered Psychologist with a background in the Canadian Armed Forces, dedicated to supporting adults and youths through life’s challenges. I have a special focus on working with military members, veterans, first responders, and those navigating trauma or PTSD. My approach is warm, grounded, and occasionally lighthearted, because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. I also assist high school and college-level athletes in building mental resilience and strength as a mental health performance coach and coach women on ways to navigate life with PMDD.
