I'm a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and families through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, big emotions, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and parent-child conflict. I also work with adults navigating similar struggles. My approach is warm, practical, We'll work at a pace that feels manageable, build real coping skills, and help your family feel like a family again.
