Hi, and welcome! My name is Lisa Ivany and I work with caregivers, couples (especially new and expecting parents), and individuals navigating transitions or trauma. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. With specialized training in infant mental health, emotional regulation, and birth and reproductive trauma, I offer support in rebuilding secure connections—with yourself, your partner, and your children. Together, we’ll explore what’s difficult in a grounded, collaborative space. You deserve meaningful support, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
