I provide various therapeutic strategies & interventions to help them work through life's struggles that cause concerns in the areas of academic, behavioral, social & emotional well-being. I focus on identifying & redirecting negative thought patterns to assist with processing your emotions while creating positive experiences that will lead to fundamental changes.
