I have been a practicing psychologist for the last 25 years. My approach to therapy is tailored to the needs of each client. I work with adolescents and adults and offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I help individuals identify their goals and make the changes necessary to help them lead more productive and fulfilling lives. I meet clients where they are and collaboratively work to establish clear and achievable goals. I provide a warm, caring, and non-judgmental environment to explore the issues that you are currently facing and help guide you on your journey to a more intentional and fulfilling life.
