My philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that meaningful therapeutic interventions can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance. Accessing best practiced therapeutic services by a licensed professional can be challenging for rural and remote Manitobans, I aim to fill the need through an informed lens of the challenges associated with thriving in remote and rural communities. Through a person centered approach with over 12 years of experience providing psychiatric services, I believe we can create meaningful realistic positive change together.
