Hi, I’m Lindsay. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles that don’t make sense, or carrying the weight of past experiences that won’t seem to loosen their grip — you’re not alone. With 17 years of experience in mental health and addiction, I support pre-teens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, substance use, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are insightful and capable — but feel exhausted from people-pleasing, second-guessing themselves, or repeating patterns they don’t fully understand.
