About

Since 2013 I've worked with many types of clients experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, school refusal, friendship concerns, navigating family relationships/boundaries, people pleasing, suicidal ideation/self-harm, and sexual/gender identity, along with relationships and infidelity. My practice also includes working with polycules and consensual non-monogamy. I also work with processing traumatic experiences across life. We all have a huge capacity for resilience and I enjoy co-creating successful therapeutic relationships which are trauma-informed and recognize client's lived experiences, and enjoy working with long-term clients.
