Accepting new clients! I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a Master of Science in Teaching (MST), I specialize in helping Christian women navigate anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. My clinical expertise includes crisis counselling, workplace stress management, and child therapy. Using a compassionate, client-centred approach, I foster a safe and empowering space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
