I have a passion for helping individuals struggling with eating disorders and have over ten years of experience. I encourage my clients to have a team approach, incorporating their medical doctor/dietitian for best care. OCD, is another area where I can help someone with strategies to cope with obsessional thoughts and/or compulsive behavior by incorporating ERP. I have a broad background of experience including helping individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety/depression or trauma. I provide support to clients that have a cancer diagnosis; particularly, Breast Cancer.
