If you are are going through a tough time or difficult life circumstance and can’t find the right person to talk to - someone with “Lived Experience” in mental health, addiction and trauma could make a world of difference. I discovered the power of Peer Support having lived through some of those not-so-nice experiences myself. It was a healing like no other: It saved my life and put me on a path towards growth & self-discovery. I spent 10+ years participating in peer groups, various therapy modalities, and pursued ongoing education in the field. I combine these experiences to deliver a unique type of therapy and valuable resources.
