My approach is a whole-person approach, supporting mind-body-soul. I have 26 years of experience in the mental health field with a variety of populations. I use an eclectic approach that will best fit the needs and desires of each unique person. I use a combination of Strength-Based, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt, Existential, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Trauma Resiliency Model, Humanistic Psychology, and mindfulness-based approaches.
