I strive to create a space where clients feel truly heard and understood, something many people don't experience often enough in their daily lives. I bring a warm, empathetic, and accepting presence to therapy, helping clients slow down, reflect, and make sense of their inner experiences. I work with clients of all ages, backgrounds and challenges and aim to understand their reality and cultural framework.
