Since 2001, I have provided psychological services to individuals, couples, and families. My work has focused on the areas of mood, anxiety, trauma, sex and sexuality, personality, attachment and relationships. I can support you to gain a deep understanding of your struggles and the path forward in your healing journey. Together we’ll help you build a more secure and resilient sense of self, and strengthening relationships to help you overcome emotional distress. Collaboratively, we’ll set out your goals, and use integrative evidenced-based approaches to achieving them.
