As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT), I focus on creating a space where you can feel heard without pressure or judgment, and where we move at a pace that feels right for you. Through art therapy and creative expression, we can explore what’s coming up for you, ease anxiety, build confidence, and work through whatever’s been weighing on you.
