I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I am a certified play therapist and supervisor (CPT-S) through the Canadian Association of Play Therapy (CAPT). I take an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, which also incorporates modalities such as sandtray, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, sensorimotor psychotherapy, narrative therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, Theraplay, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), family systems, and others.
