Hi, I’m Leona Esmaeily-Aimua, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree from California Baptist University. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, panic, trauma, depression, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD, and relationship challenges. Opening up about your struggles can feel overwhelming, especially if you come from a culture or family where emotions weren’t openly discussed. My goal is to make therapy a safe and supportive space where you can finally speak freely, feel heard, and begin to heal.
