Mental health matters deeply to me; it’s part of being human. I believe therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, but about exploring what happens in the spaces between us: our relationships, our experiences, and our connection to ourselves. I’ve had the honour of working alongside young people, individuals, and families, co-creating supportive strategies and skills through connection, curiosity, and collaboration. My approach is grounded in your lived experience, your inherent wisdom, and the strengths you already carry, even if they can feel hard to access right now. Compassion, honesty, and care guide my work.
