When children and young people face challenges, it can make a world of difference to receive support from someone outside their immediate family. I take a warm, joyful, and compassionate approach in working with children, teens, and young adults, helping them process difficult experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies. My clients often come to me with concerns such as anxiety, mood challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, school or social struggles, grief/loss, or family transitions.
