Hi, I'm Leanna. I am regulated to provide psychotherapy in the province of Ontario. I provide services to individuals seeking to improve their mental health and relationships. I see people who are struggling with grief, life transition and mental health and relationship challenges including people who have experienced complex, developmental and/or relationship trauma, experience difficulty with regulation/mood and people who identify as having non-visible disabilities and/or identify as neurodiverse and/or gifted. I also provide life and skills focused coaching services and various services for professionals.
