You might feel stuck in painful cycles with food, your body, or overwhelming emotions that are hard to control. Underneath, there may be shame, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or past experiences that still feel close to the surface. You’re tired of constant self-criticism and emotional ups and downs, and want to feel more stable, confident, and at peace in your mind and body. Most of all, you want a life that feels meaningful—not one ruled by patterns that no longer serve you. I’m a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and am currently awaiting my Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation.
