I am a caring listener who provides 1-1 care to teens and adults. I also provide supportive and seasoned clinical supervision with expertise in the area of Post Traumatic Stress to other therapists upon request. I strive to be very conscientious in implementing ethical, inclusive, and respectful humanitarian values in my practice. I believe in a gentle and empowering approach to therapy.
