I specialize in treating individuals and couples that want to improve their relational dynamics, self esteem and phase-of-life issues and reclaim their lives. I do this by helping clients first become aware of what is at the root of unwanted behaviors and patterns and second, repair and implement a new approach to our thoughts, relationships, and life in general. My clients range from students and families to influencers, business professionals, athletes, artists, and individuals seeking to better themselves. My treatment plans consider a holistic approach and can be done in person or online.
