I provide an integrated approach to therapy as I believe different concerns require a variety of approaches. This will help us to expand the tools and advisement given to assist you working through the concerns, be them present or past. I like to focus on moving forward through exploration and feedback as well. We will spend sessions prioritizing short- and long-term goals and working through them. We also explore past and present experiences with clients to unravel the roots of your concerns. Finally, our therapy will be most successful when guided by your investment for growth.
