When you've survived difficult circumstances - learning trust your body's messages can feel like tuning into static between radio channels. Uncomfortable, noisy, nothing's there. Somatic therapy offers the opportunity to practically help you to slow down, bring awareness and compassion to your inner space to listen for the messages that your body is always communicating. This supports changing default patterns, cultivating inner safety, and making decisions from a clear place. We are capable of being our truest selves when we live inside our skin and not just our heads.
