I’ve been helping adults with eating disorders, anxiety, binge eating, perfectionism and self-esteem issues for over twenty years, and in a variety of settings. These and similar challenges can affect your health, happiness, relationships and overall quality of life- and can leave you feeling unsure if change is even possible. It is! I offer a warm, client-centred approach combined with individualized, evidence-based tools and strategies. Together we will address the difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviours keeping you stuck, focus on your goals, and build your confidence to continue your growth after therapy ends.
