I see therapy quite simply, as a conversation – likely one you don’t get anywhere else. Therapy allows you to more freely tell your story, and determine the parts that may or may not be working for you right now. Even when you feel stuck, you hold wisdom about your life. I see my role as accompanying you in understanding what you want and identifying opportunities for change. Holding greater awareness about what’s going on can be empowering in shifting your thoughts, actions, and relationships.
