Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when life has become difficult to manage on your own. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, or your child, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed by big emotions, or unsure how to cope with the challenges they are facing.
