Greetings, I'm Lance Drozda, Counselling Therapist (RPC-C) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). With over a decade of experience working with children, boys, and men, I've been committed to nurturing the emotional growth of children, young adults, and men. Guided by empathy and rooted in an approach that places the heart at the center of emotional self-awareness, my mission is to uncover latent strengths within individuals, equipping them to foster enduring positive change in the face of life's challenges.
