Feeling anxious, stressed, or stuck in overthinking? I work with young women (Gen Z)—high school, college, and university students—navigating school, relationships, friendships, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a no-judgment space to unpack emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and build confidence and coping tools. I also support parents, caregivers, and families facing communication challenges, emotional stress, behavioural concerns, or the impacts of mental health and substance use, helping strengthen understanding, connection, and support within the family.
