Are you struggling to work through difficult emotions? I am a Registered Psychotherapist with in-depth education and experience counselling individuals who are struggling with personal and interpersonal difficulties. I focus on treating a variety of mental health concerns including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting and family struggles, bullying and grief. I am also passionate about working with aspiring, expecting, new and experienced parents through the various stressors and challenges of parenthood such as infertility, miscarriage, Postpartum Depression and family adjustment.
