I am someone who has lived the realities of a military family and served 15 years in law enforcement, I understand the stress, uncertainty, and emotional toll these experiences can bring. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to help to all individuals, not just military/law enforcement. I am here to help you uncover strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change, no matter what struggles you are facing.
