Hi! I'm Kristy McConnell, RPsych. I created Off the Beaten Path to provide psychotherapy to those in the Airdrie area who are interested in different approaches to therapy. OBP offers mental health treatment that sometimes utilizes movement by walking together during therapy. Office and couples appointments are available as well. Addressing your unique challenges with a personalized approach is where I find my stride.
